On 27 May 2025, at the invitation of His Excellency Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia attended the Second ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit and the ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council-China Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
